RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

You MAY cancel your order within 24 hours without PROVIDING a reason for CANCELLATION.

After the expiration of 24 hours, salty rooster farms has the right to RETAIN ANY FUNDS RECEIVED TO COVER FOR the cost of loss to saltY rooster farms for ANY AND ALL labor PERFORMED and ANY AND ALL materialS UTILIZED if cancellation is FOR a custom creation.

all custom creations require a non-refundable DEPOSIT. DEPOSIT will be applied to the TOTAL cost of the CUSTOM project.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision TO CANCEL IN WRITING  by means of a clear statement. THE NOTICE OF CANCELLATION MUST BE SENT VIA e-mail  TO US AT SaltyCrew@SaltyRoosterFarms.com

reimburSEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED no later than 30 days from the daTE YOUR cancellation notice IS RECEIVED BY SALTY ROOSTER FARMS. REIMBURSEMENTS will BE ISSUED VIA THE same FORM of payment USED AT THE TIME you PLACED THE order. THERE WILL BE NO FEES CHARGED FOR REIMBURSEMENTS ON STANDARD ORDERS OR CUSTOM ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN CANCELLED WITHIN THE ABOVE STATED 24 HOURS TIME FRAME.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

IN ORDER FOR A PRODUCT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, PLEASE ENSURE THAT:

• Returns accepted only for craftsmanship defects. Damage from misuse, weather exposure, shipping or normal wear is not covered by Salty Rooster Farms.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

RETURING PRODUCTS

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning PRODUCTS to us. PRODUCTS MUST BE SENT to the address provided to you upon approval of the product return.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the PRODUCT or proof of received return delivery.
